Thunder Busters + Epic Sumo

Like vanilla ice cream and crunchy peanut butter, here’s another great duo of mashups for you to digest. In the first clip AC/DC rock out against Venkman, Stanz, and Spengler in Thunder Busters and then sumo wrestling is made less boring through the use of Anime.

TRON: Lebowski and Enthiran (The Robot)

We have a double rainbow of awesomeness for you today. One of the two trailers you’ll see is completely fake (and awesome), the other is very real (and also awesome).

In the mashup trailer TRON: Lebowski, the dude travels to a strange and dangerous digital universe. And in Enthiran (The Robot), the most expensive Asian movie ever made, a mad scientist creates a robot with a Pentium processor. The robot falls in love with Aishwarya Rai.

A Operatic Montage of Rap Video Clichés

I haven’t watched a lick of MTV or Channel O so I hope this is still relevant. Vimeo user Thomas Traum has created a montage that celebrates the tropes that we’ve come to know and love in rap music videos.

The montage is accompanied by the operatic Symphony No. 5 that was composed by Gustav Mahler and is played out in five acts. Enjoy it bitches.

The Big Lebowski vs MacGyver

We’ve covered a few great mashups in the past and we may have stuck Internet gold yet again. YouTuber beckspacering has mashed together the opening theme music of one of TV’s most resourceful heroes and clips of film’s most laid-back slacker. For your viewing pleasure here is the MacGyver/Big Lebowski mashup, The DudeGyver.

Brilliant stuff. But is it the ultimate mashup? Maybe not – my money’s still on Han Solo, P.I. although Lebowski, P.I. is growing on me.

Darth Bale and the Vader Sessions

It’s Friday we have a Star Wars double feature for you today. First off, back in 2006 YouTube user akjak took sound clips of James Earl Jones from his other movie roles and dubbed them over the Darth Vader scenes in Star Wars Episode IV. The results show Vader as a lonely, confused, depraved man going through a nervous breakdown. It’s totally made of win. Check out the Vader Sessions below.

And next up is Christian Bale’s infamous 2009 tirade mixed into Darth Vader scenes from Star Wars Episode IV. Spoiler alert: Darth Bale is less funny and after the jump.
