Gears of War: Judgment is the latest game in the sci-fi Gears of War series, detailing the war between the Coalition of Ordered Governments (COG) and the planet Sera’s native locust. I play through this game to find out whether the Gears grind smoothly, or whether it’s just a spanner in the works.
“Brothers to the End”. That’s the tagline of the last instalment of the Gears of War trilogy. And yet, despite that fact, there are clearly some sisters in the game as well. That’s a large, misogynistic oversight there. Still, that can be forgiven if the game is any good. Ah, who am I kidding? You already KNOW the game is good; but do you want to know just HOW good? The final movie for the Harry Potter franchise is out, and as happens with big movie events, a companion game, by EA, invites us to share the…magic.
