We Review Ark: Survival Evolved

If you’ve been playing games for more than say, 5 years, you’ll have heard of Ark: Survival Evolved. It’s been in “Pre-release” for what feels like ages and the day has finally come for a full release. Ark isn’t for everyone but then, it was never really intended to be. Think of it more like Minecraft but with actual gorgeous graphics.

We Review: Fossil Fighters: Frontier

Right in time for the release of the new Jurassic Park film, we have a non-Jurassic Park game to review. But it still features dinosaurs. It’s like what would happen if you combined Pokemon with dinosaurs. Except the dinosaurs are called vivosaurs for no discernable reason. Sounds fascinating? Hop into the Bone Buggy and let’s go for a ride down to the corner of Archaeology Lane and Catch-em-all Avenue.

The Dinosaur Pet Guide

Choosing a pet can be difficult. Size, temperament, and maintenance are are important factors to consider. Certain breeds are susceptible to certain diseases, and some disorders may be hereditary.

This handy guide created by artist John Conway shows you the benefits and drawbacks should you be looking for a dinosaur to match your lifestyle. Velociraptors, for example, have extremely beautiful plumage but the risk of disembowelment is quite high. The Lambeosaurus has a peaceful disposition and is a good fit for a family, but housing it will be a problem due to its size. Find out more in the Dinosaur Pet Guide after the jump.

Gigantic Dinosaur Balls!

YouTube user Maxim Bady certainly has a way with words. On his channel he find special interest videos and adds his distinctive style of commentary on what’s happening in the video.

In an especially excitable episode, Bady waxes lyrical about a man so badass that if he were on the “Snakes on a Plane” movie, it would finish in five seconds. This is a man so epic that he is in possession of gigantic dinosaur balls. What on earth is Bady on about? Have a look at the video below. Beware, there is some colourful language abound.
