This presentation by UK car dealers Evans Halshaw takes us on a ride through the history of Bond cars. Classics include the open-top Sunbeam Alpine seen in Dr. No, the submersible Esprit Series 1 in The Spy Who Loved Me, and the comically unconventional Citroen 2CV. The quintessential Aston Martin makes no less than eight appearances, including a vintage silver-birch DB5 in the upcoming Bond film, Skyfall.

Try as he might, the impossibly small arms of Tyrannosaurus Rex mean that it can’t take its own profile picture, zip up a sleeping bag, or even hold hands with a She-Rex.
It’s an equally trying time for Toy Story’s plastic dinosaur Rex who wants to shed his party pooper image. In Disney Pixar’s latest animated short, Rex finds himself in a position where he can use his arms to get a (bath time) party started. It’s disco lights and dance tunes, an epic bubble bash like no other, and it’s all thanks to the king of the hot tub Partysaurus Rex.

The theatrical release of Stanley Kubrick’s 161-minute space opera, 2001: A Space Odyssey, must have hypnotized audiences in 1968, especially the ones who were already on drugs at the time.
Fast forward 40 odd years and you wonder whether modern audiences would be able to sit through all those the extended lunar landing scenes. Film School Rejects tries to imagine what the trailer to 2001: A Space Odyssey would look like if it were to be marketed to audiences today. The recut trailer is complete with loads of flashing imagery and a bombastic soundtrack designed to excite those limited attention spans. From Alice to Skynet Symphonic to Pogo Does Dexter, the Australian DJ and remixer, Nick Bertke, has become known for his new compositions made up of sound bites from films.
In his latest piece of music, Bertke turns his attention to Quentin Tarantino’s humourously violent tale, Pulp Fiction. The combination of Pogo, auto-tune, and infamous Tarantino dialogue makes for an equally violent and obscenity-filled song. Watch as Samuel L. Jackson says “What?” in Lead Breakfast (NSFW).

Well it’s finally here and it looks great. It’s the teaser for the proper interpretation of the iconic ass-kicking Judge from the future, Dredd.
Dredd fans have been waiting since the 90s, and it’s one of my most anticipated movies of 2012. After the Stallone version, it’s time for the Mega-City anti-hero to be given some respect and from this teaser it looks like he has. Personally, I would have preferred Mickey Rourke as the lawman, both for size and age but Karl Urban looks like he will pull it off. So take a look and let us know what you think.

Terra Sacra means “sacred earth” in Latin. In the last six years, photographer Sean F. White travelled across all seven of our continents, to 24 countries and captured his views of ancient structures, sweepings vistas, and beautiful night skies. In his breathtaking short film, White features a collection of time-lapse sequences that he shot during his trips.
Accompanied by an original score by Roy Milner, White’s journey takes the viewer through three distinct acts: (I) Primordial Earth, (II) Past meets Present, and (III) Eternal Universe. Have a look at Terra Sacra below.
