Belgian illustrator Kristof Saelen has a way with pixels, and in his “Very Important Pixels” set, it’s amazing how he manages to capture a person’s character with a few pixels. So far, his quirky pixel portraits include the Sopranos, Michael Jackson, Star Wars characters, James Bond, and my personal favourite, a set of 80s TV heroes. Have a look at them after the jump.

Damn that is actually super impressive when you think about it, you can tell who most of those people are by simply looking at their facial characteristics… hectic.
